How can I help?

All appointments include a feeding plan that take your needs and goals into account, as well as one week of support via phone/email/text.

At present, all appointments offered are home visits. Please see my FAQ page for more information on how to get ready for an appointment.
When booking, you will be directed to fill out a very detailed history. By doing so, you are optimizing your appointment time for care and problem solving, rather than me taking an entire history from scratch when we meet.

If you find yourself here feeling like you are having a feeding emergency, and need to see someone right away, please seek emergency care. And remember, fed is best, particularly if you or your baby are having a health emergency.

Prenatal Lactation Consultation

Home Visit, 90 Minutes
$275

Black and white photo of a pregnant person with glitter on their skin holding their belly.

Think of this appointment as a hybrid between a prenatal breastfeeding class and a lactation consultation. You should be prepared with a list of questions and concerns, and I will gladly go through all of my usual breastfeeding basics as well. If you have a pump, and would like to go over how to use it, have it out and ready for your appointment. A breast exam and education on hand expression is included. Please consider booking this appointment to occur anywhere from week 32-36, to keep this learning fresh for your delivery.

Group Option: A prenatal lactation consultation for you and up to 3 pregnant friends. Please contact the clinic in order to arrange a booking. These appointments run for 90-120 minutes. A great option for pregnant women who feel a little intimidated by the idea of 1:1 assessments, and who have friends who share a similar due date.  Pricing is $200 per person, receipts will be provided to all group members individually.

A breastfeeding sisterhood. Mothers breastfeeding together, showcasing how mothers can come together.

An appointment to discuss whatever issues you and your baby are having that may be getting in the way when it comes to meeting your feeding goals. I’m happy to see you and your baby for any problem you can think of- too much milk, not enough milk, latching issues, pain, nipple issues, suspected oral ties, blocked ducts or skin integrity issues, bottle or breast aversions, weaning, going back to work, slow or stalled weight gain, etc. If you’re not sure if you should be seeing me, head over to my contact page and reach out.

This appointment includes an assessment of your breasts, your baby’s oral structures and suck, and also includes an observation of a feeding.
During the assessment, I am able to evaluate how you and your baby are doing with feeding, suggest changes, and offer education and support. If baby hasn’t been gaining adequately, a pre and post feeding weight can be done as well.

This appointment can be made for any time during your feeding journey, for any reason. I am happy to see you and your baby.

For mamas and babies who have already seen me at least once before.

This is a shorter appointment, designed to offer further assistance with the initial problem that you saw me for, or to discuss a new issue in your feeding journey, whether that’s a mama issue, a baby issue, or an equipment issue.

If you have seen me, and your one week of follow up has concluded and you find yourself reaching for your phone to contact me about something that feels important, then a follow up appointment should be booked.
